Erik Hallstrom - PresidentErik joined ThermLink in early 2011 to lead the business to a new level of growth driven by the expanding geothermal market. Prior to joining thermlink he spent 15 years with Hewlett-Packard in multiple leadership positions in finance, marketing, and business strategy. His experience spanned across product development and go-to-market business units and included a specific focus on creating new businesses for HP. Erik also worked as a consultant for Accenture and as a mechanical engineer for FM Global. Erik holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University and an MBA from the University of Washington. Kevin Kaski - VP, Design & Operations With over eight years of experience designing and installing geothermal systems, Kevin is the technical lead for ThermLink. He began his HVAC career working for a premier installation contractor that focused on hydronic heating. Seeing the growing opportunity in geothermal Kevin led a push into this emerging market by learning the technology and applying it in practice for early geothermal customers. As demand for geothermal increased he quickly developed a reputation as a geothermal expert due to his unique combination of technical knowledge and hands-on experience. Kevin has continued to build his knowledge of geothermal including becoming a certified IGSHPA* instructor. In 2007, Kevin was a founding member of ThermLink serving as the design and technical lead. With over 300 active installations, Kevin has built a reputation for excellent system designs that perform as promised.
